The Oak Hotel Wedding Reception

Hire Fee:

£20 per hour up until 1 lpm, with an extension available until 12 midnight for £35. These charges include excusive use of your chosen reception area, with the added benefit of the balcony and superb marina views if you choose The Tiffany Suite.

Wedding Breakfast:

(minimum of 30 guests)

We have a selection of menus designed to suit a variety of tastes and budgets, starting at £16.50 per head. Our team of chefs aim to please and will be more than happy to work with you if you have a specific theme in mind for your menu.

Reception Drinks:

We offer entirely bespoke packages for all of your wedding reception drinks, and will be happy to advise on the selections of wines that will compliment your meal. Your experienced wedding Co- Ordinator will make recommendations for popular drinks to have both on arrival, and to toast the happy couple. Some popular selections are as follows:

Arrival Drink:

  • Frexeinex Cordon Negro Cava: £17.50 per bottle- serving aprox 7 glasses

Meal Accompaniment:

  • Pierre Javert Vin de Pays d'oc: 11.90 per bottle- serving aprox 5 glasses

Toast Wine:

  • Asti Spumanti: £15.00 per bottle- serving aprox 7 glasses

Evening Reception:

  • Finger Buffet from £8.95 per head
