Function Rooms

The Tiffany Suite

Our first floor Tiffany Suite function room is beautifully finished. With high ceilings sporting stunning chandeliers and a balcony with views across the marina, The Tiffany Suite offers the perfect mix of classic elegance and cosmopolitan style.

The Tiffany Suite is fully air-conditioned and boasts a built in DJ box and solid oak floor – perfect for dancing.

We’ll even provide the DJ! Or alternatively we welcome you to provide your own entertainment (licensing restrictions apply).

Atlantis Restaurant

The elegantly finished Atlantis Restaurant is the jewel in our crown. Situated over two floors Atlantis offers an inviting and relaxed setting amidst the luxury of its sumptuous décor and furnishings.

Whether you are looking for a casual affair with canapés and drinks or a lavish banquet, our welcoming team are on hand to cater to your every need. Atlantis can cater for a maximum of 80 guests over two floors.

Wedding Co-ordinator

Here at The Oak Hotel our dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator will help you plan your Reception from start to finish. On your special day our highly experienced and professional team will ensure that you simply enjoy yourselves!

Your Wedding Co-ordinator will be happy to help advise you with other services needed for your day. We pride ourselves on our relationships with local suppliers including stationers, cake bakers, wedding car chauffeurs and florists!

Wedding Catering

We are able to cater for up to 70 guests for banqueting and up to 100 for a buffet reception. All menu options are designed to suit your budget and palate and we are happy to discuss bespoke menus tailored to suit you.

Decoration packages and cake stand hire are further examples of the services we offer, as are the drinks packages that can be arranged – from Champagne receptions to toasting the happy couple. 

Accommodation

To start your Honeymoon in style why not stay overnight in our Honeymoon Suite? Our special ‘Newlyweds Package’ includes a bouquet of flowers and a chilled bottle of Champagne to be enjoyed in one of our fabulous sea view rooms with Jacuzzi style bath. Enjoy being pampered with breakfast served to you in bed! For family and friends wishing to stay the night, we have a total of 34 en-suite hotel bedrooms and we offer discounted rates for all wedding guests.
